The value we bring to the project is simple upfront pricing for only the work you need, nothing you do not.  

We are happy to walk you through the process and guide you through all the red tape with your jurisdiction.  We will help you find the right engineers for the project, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, structural, and civil engineering. We will manage those engineers for you, but like LINEA, they are going to provide only the most basic services you need to get a permit and build the building.
