Vision: We have taken an otherwise complicated and expensive process and streamlined it; we made it in LINEAr (see what we did there).   We are experts in working with clients who have never built a commercial project before; or, if they have, they know they don’t need all the extra stuff. 

 

Process: Team LINEA focuses only on the architecture and engineering that is required to get a building permit in your jurisdiction, collect contractor pricing, solicit for financing, and assist in construction.  We provide only what the jurisdiction and your builder need to build your project. .
