Quick Feasibility Study
A developer asked us to explore converting a car wash into a restaurant and office space. After a site visit and preliminary zoning research, we produced a 3D concept study showing how the two wash bays could be repurposed into usable space. We also created a site plan to test parking layouts and potential outdoor dining areas.
