Elizabeth Lufbery has a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University and over 12 years of experience Residential Interior Design located in South Florida and Western Tennessee.  She also worked to complete projects located in Upstate New York and Bimini, Bahamas.

Elizabeth has worked most of her career designing luxurious vacation homes for international clients.  She has created spaces that feel intentional, thoughtful, and calm and others that feel polished, exquisite and elite.  From problem solving to fine details, she's managed it all.

She has recently become a mother to two sweet and fiery little ones. This has quickly doubled her skills in crisis management, scheduling, and emergency snacks.  Although new to the Triad area she and her family are eager to make this their forever home.

​Steven has a Bachelor's of Architecture from Kansas State University, is a licensed Architect and General Contractor.

• Experience as developer/operator based, “in-house” architect, owner’s representative, program manager, and project manager specializing in community site development and master planning, commercial mixed-use, hospitality, workplace, single and multi-family independent senior living housing, and licensed assisted and skilled nursing facilities.

• Nearly a decade of design/build construction management experience including site development, commercial mixed-use, industrial warehouse and factory, hospitality, workplace, and single-family residential.

• Nearly two decades experience architecture professional practice and master planning delivering traditional and design/build projects including single-family residential, commercial mixed-use, industrial warehouse and factory, hospitality, workplace, single and multi-family independent senior living housing, licensed assisted and skilled nursing facilities.

• A decade of mediation, arbitration, and litigation expert witness experience.  Focusing on building envelope and forensics, Steven's expertise with professional opinions as a fact witness uniquely utilizes his expertise in both building science, design, and construction.

Toby has led projects ranging from residential builds to complex commercial and multi-site developments. Over the years, he's guided projects through every phase—planning, budgeting, supervision, and delivery—while ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As the founder and CEO of WCC Enterprises for nearly two decades, He managed more than $5M in annual contracts and directed thousands of projects across the Southeast.

His expertise spans construction administration, operations management, and building envelope consulting, with a focus on diagnostics, performance assessments, and preventive strategies that extend the life of buildings and reduce costly repairs.
