Steven brings nearly a decade of experience as a senior living developer, in-house architect, owner’s representative, and project manager. His work spans CCRC and Life Plan community master planning, independent living housing, licensed assisted living and memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.
From the ground up, Steven has partnered with developers, administrators, marketing teams, and design professionals to:
