​​​Steven has nearly a decade experience as a Senior Living developer/operator based, “in-house” architect, owner’s representative, program manager, business developer and, and project manager specializing in CCRC and Life Plan community site development and master planning, single and multi-family independent senior living housing, licensed assisted and memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.   From the ground up, Steven worked with Senior Living developers, administrators, marketing, and design professionals to develop community repositioning an master plans, manage complex construction sites, communicate with non-profit volunteer boards, develop relationships with community residents, and coordinate with state and federal regulators regarding senior living design and financing.
