The "Tiny Home" is a movement featuring small footprints that are designed with function in mind - often featuring "aging in place" accessibility design features. All are made of high quality materials with traditional "upper end" design elements like tall ceilings, trim, high quality cabinetry and flooring, and energy efficient systems. Design styles range from traditional to modern - any style you desire.
But... No square foot goes unused. Most spaces are "flexible" or are designed for multiple uses.
