Every construction project begins with due diligence: site selection, land purchase, entitlements, zoning, geotechnical studies, and preliminary civil engineering.

The real first step in design is the master plan—fitting buildings and roads to the land while addressing easements, natural features, topography, neighbors, and regulations. Master planning also considers building types and sizes, parking, stormwater management, accessibility, and traffic studies.

Team LINEA brings experience in master planning for large-scale developments, private estates, and dense urban infill—navigating both political hurdles and natural site challenges.
